Jutland's largest electricity grid company, Netselskabet N1, is changing its name to Elnetselskabet N1. The company, which supplies 800,000 homes and businesses with electricity, especially in most of Southwest and Central Jutland, believes that in the new times, with higher electrification of society and also more green energy, there has been a need for a new name, and at the same time the company is also getting a new visual identity.
- We no longer just ensure electricity at the socket, but are a crucial factor in the development of society, and this requires a fundamental rethinking of how we operate and develop an electricity grid, with a much sharper focus on customer needs. It is a big change, and it must also be visible and noticeable visually - in short, we must be better at communicating what we do and who we are, says Carsten Bryder Thejls, CEO of Elnetselskabet N1, in a press release.
The new logo has waves as part of it and it is an image that it is completely practical about power cables, but at the same time it must also illustrate that Elnetselskabet N1 is a company in motion and is open to new energy.
The new logo and name will be introduced continuously at the company's locations in Esbjerg and Støvring and by natural replacement of vans. The visual identity will also be repeated on Elnetselskabet N1's website.
