Shortly before the summer holidays, Tyra was reconnected to Denmark after the successful installation of the connector on the gas export pipeline to land. This month, the project team completed work on the subsea infrastructure that connects Tyra to the surrounding fields.
The Tyra East Echo riser platform, or “TEE” for short, represents an important hub for gas in the Danish part of the North Sea. Here, the gas will arrive from the surrounding fields and travel on towards Denmark and Europe. The video below provides a tour of the platform.
