Last year, Dall Energy acquired Weiss France Énergie (Weiss), as well as the subsidiary Biomasse Services et Maintenance (BSM) from Groupe Roullier.
In order to create a clearer management structure that will strengthen the business as a whole, it has been decided to place the companies under a single group called Dall Group. The purpose is to combine the group's business areas with one Dall Energy company and one W&B company.
Founder of Dall Energy Jens Dall Bentzen will become the man at the head of Dall Group, and thus he will leave the position of CEO of Dall Energy. It will instead be taken over by the current COO of the company Torben Høberg. Dall Energy informs in a press release.
- I am honored to have the opportunity to lead Dall Energy as the new CEO, and I look forward to being at the forefront of both the daily operations and the strategic development of Dall Energy. This includes, among other things, closer collaboration with our customers and partners as we grow, says Torben Høberg about his new position.
Founders will focus on new areas
For Group CEO Jens Bentzen, this new management structure means that he will now focus more on product and technology innovation as well as strategic business development – including a new pyrolysis business.
- In order to maintain our momentum, it is crucial to have dedicated directors for each business area. Although it means giving up the daily management of Dall Energy, my new role allows me to focus on lifting the entire group, says Jens Dall Bentzen.
Dall Group consists of over 100 employees and is headquartered in Hørsholm. There are 45 employees in Denmark and over 60 employees in France at Weiss and BSM.
