Stiesdal A/S posted a loss in 2025, which according to the company comes after continued investments in the company's green technologies. The operating result (EBIT) ended at minus 118 million DKK compared to minus 109 million DKK the previous year, while the bottom line ended at a loss of 132 million DKK compared to 93 million DKK in 2024. The company works with, among other things, liquid offshore wind, green hydrogen, pyrolysis and green fuels and has, among others, Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker and Pensiondanmark in its circle of owners. This is reported by KapitalWatch.

"Throughout 2025, the company made significant investments to promote the development of its core climate technologies within liquid offshore wind, green hydrogen and carbon removal, thereby preparing for commercial implementation of the technologies. Despite a complex market environment, the company's long-term growth curve therefore remains strong," management writes in the accounts.

The management also points out that developments in the hydrogen sector have been challenging. According to the company, the delayed implementation of Renewable Energy Directive III has led to cautious investment behavior and postponed sales orders. Stiesdal expects a pre-tax loss of between DKK 100-120 million in 2026.
