Alvac Industry, which designs and manufactures specialized lifting and handling equipment for the wind turbine industry, is implementing a planned change of director. Ole Mogensen, who founded the company in 2012, is stepping down after 13 years as CEO. He will continue on the company's board of directors with a focus on strategy and development of new business areas. The company announced this on its LinkedIN profile.
- It is a natural development to make this planned change. On the board of directors, I will continue to take an active part in developing ALVAC's growth strategy for the coming years, where new business areas will be in particular focus, says Ole Mogensen.
Claus Villekjær will officially take office on 1 November 2025. He comes from a position as CEO of Scanregn and has previously worked for ten years at Grundfos. According to Chairman of the Board Peter Pallishøj, the change of leadership is a natural part of a planned development that will ensure the company's continued growth and strengthen its position in the market.
- I am very much looking forward to becoming part of Alvac. It is clear that it is a dynamic company with strong competencies in an exciting industry, says Claus Villekjær, CEO of Alvac Industry.
