Ennogie Solar Group, which develops, produces and sells building-integrated solar roofs and complete energy systems, started the year with the news that the company had terminated its collaboration with CFO Kuno Michael Kristensen, effective June 30 at the latest. The CFO was otherwise hired as late as the end of May 2025.
Ennogie Solar Group also announced that it would search for a new CFO to join as soon as possible. And that search was short. Because the company already has a replacement in place in the form of Kim Møberg Mikkelsen. He will take office on January 19, 2026, Ennogie announced in a stock exchange announcement.
"Kim comes with a strong financial background, where he has held leading roles at IPL Production A/S and Re-Match A/S over the past few years. He has also previously worked at HydraSpecma A/S and PWC," the announcement reads.
Ennogie Solar Group does not state in the announcement whether the quick appointment means that Kuno Michael Kristensen will resign earlier than June 30.
