With immediate effect, Martin Skov Hansen is stepping down as Deputy CEO of the hydrogen company Everfuel. He is doing so to join Everfuel's board of directors, where he is scheduled to be appointed at the next general meeting. The company announced this in a statement.
Martin Skov Hansen, who took office as Deputy CEO of Everfuel on January 1, 2023, has since played a central role in the company's development within organizational development and HR. He was on Everfuel's board of directors from the company's founding until he took office as Deputy CEO. He is now stepping back into the board chair.

Martin Skov Hansen will be available for the rest of the year to hand over his responsibilities to CEO Jacob Krogsgaard. A successor will not be appointed to the role of Deputy CEO.
