The electrical installer VS Automatic A/S in Horsens has received the CSRpeople label 2025 from the HORSENS ALLIANCEN for the seventh year in a row. The company is among the 165 companies that have received the label this year, which is awarded to those who demonstrate special efforts within social responsibility. This is stated by VS Automatic in a press release. According to CEO of VS Automatic Torben Steffensen, the company is working purposefully to create a good everyday life for their employees through a number of socially responsible initiatives.
Focus on social initiatives
VS Automatic is widely involved in social initiatives that promote sustainability and employee well-being. The company actively participates in the Jobtaskforcen and NExTWORK – two initiatives that help create jobs for people on the edge of the labor market and give young people in Horsens the opportunity for internships and work experience.
One of the company's newly qualified electrician apprentices has also become part of an ambassador corps under the Danish Electrical Association and TEKNIQ Employers, where the goal is to inspire other young people to choose a career as an electrician.
VS Automatic has received the CSRpeople label all seven times it has been awarded. To continue this streak, the company employs people in flex jobs, wage subsidy positions and adult apprenticeships, and many interns have had their daily routine at the electrical installer in Horsens over the years.
