ODSHERRED: The association Fair District Heating Odsherred has complained about the announced price increases to the Danish Utilities Supervisory Authority and asked for a suspensive effect. But this has now been rejected by the Danish Utilities Supervisory Authority, which writes that they do not have the authority to "prohibit the heating supply company's future actions". "We do not have the possibility to issue immediate injunctions, initiate preventive measures or otherwise intervene in relations to events that have not occurred. In addition, in general, we cannot make a decision on a matter before this has been fully clarified," writes the Danish Electricity Supply Authority in the letter, which the media has in its possession.
