Norlys is now starting the rollout of a new store concept in the chain's 34 stores, and the first stores to be remodeled are located in Aalborg Storcenter and Fisketorvet in Copenhagen. This is stated by Norlys in a press release.
The store in Aalborg Storcenter will temporarily close from January 12 and is expected to reopen on January 21, while the remodeling in Fisketorvet will begin on January 18 with a reopening on January 30. The new concept is intended to give customers a more coherent experience across Norlys' solutions within energy and telecommunications, following the company's acquisition of Telia Danmark.
- The stores are important to Norlys, because it is a space where we can meet our customers, and they can gain insight into our many different solutions within energy and telecommunications. Therefore, we would like to bring the stores even better into play, and we are very much looking forward to inviting customers in for an even better experience, says Brian Borella Wulf, commercial director of Norlys' customer company.
According to Norlys, the stores have so far either had the character of mobile stores with added energy solutions or vice versa. With the new concept, the solutions are juxtaposed and presented together in one interior, where the red Norlys color is consistent. During the renovation of Aalborg Storcenter, customers can instead use Norlys' store on Bispensgade, which will also get the new concept at a later date.
