Topsoe A/S is upgrading its earnings expectations for 2025 and now expects an EBIT before special items margin of 8.9 percent.
This is an upgrade from the previous range of 6.5–8.5 percent, which was announced on August 27, 2025, and is conditional on the final completion of the statutory audit. Topsoe stated this in a brief statement.
According to the company, the upgrade is primarily related to Topsoe winning an arbitration case in December, which has had an impact on the result.
Topsoe still expects to publish the annual report for 2025 on March 4, 2026, where further information about the financial results will be provided.
