One of the employee-elected board members of Ørsted A/S, Ian McCalder, has resigned from the board after a number of years as a representative of the company's employees. Ørsted announced this in a press release.
As a result of the resignation, Pawel Matysiak will take over the position as employee-elected board member. He is Solution Manager in the IT department and has previously been the first alternate to the board. With his appointment, he will become part of the team that represents the interests of employees in the company's senior management.
In addition to Pawel Mysiak, Ørsted's board of directors consists of Lene Skole (chairman), Andrew Brown (vice chairman) and the ordinary members: Benny Gøbel, Anne Cathrine Collet Yde, Leticia Francisca Torres Mandiola, Ian Campbell McCalder, Lara Jewinat and Arulnathan Gynasegaran.
