- I am proud that in 2024 we will continue the positive development for more than seven years now, and that customers acknowledge our approach to consulting. Over the past year, we have strengthened our integrated working model, where architects and engineers and other professionals work closely together physically at locations throughout the country. Our standard-setting interdisciplinary collaboration enables us to deliver coherent solutions, where we combine our broad competencies and depth in consulting to drive development in the green transition and construction productivity together with our customers, says Dariush Rezai, CEO of Sweco Denmark.

Broadly driven growth

The growth is driven by market needs within the industrial and energy sectors, infrastructure, climate adaptation and the built environment. With an increasingly demanding market and an increased need to bring multiple disciplines into play to solve complex tasks, Sweco is planning a continued significant employee growth.

- As a consultant, we must not only handle today's challenges, we must be one step ahead. We invest massively in competence development and training of our colleagues, just as we increasingly use knowledge and resources across Sweco countries, which benefits individual projects here at home. Our ambition is to be a leader in Denmark, and this means that we must continue to grow significantly both organically and through strategic acquisitions, when the right business and cultural match is there, says Dariush Rezai.

Sweco has entered 2025 with a strong order book. Most recently, the company announced in January that it will be responsible for the historic expansion of the electricity grid in Eastern Denmark as a consultant in collaboration with the Eastern Danish grid companies Cerius, Radius and their joint operating company Nexel until 2030.
