
Niras is bringing three strong names to the company's board of directors in the form of Henriette Schütze, Søren Holm Johansen and Torsten Steenholt. The new board members will help realize the consulting company's strategy, which includes a business focus on growth in key markets in Northern Europe as well as in selected international customer segments. This is stated by Niras in a press release.
Søren Holm Johansen has the most experience from the consulting world, "who brings unique experience within the growth and internationalization of engineering consulting", says Niras. Until he chose to retire in 2021, he had been in the Rambøll group for more than 30 years. He was ultimately Group President and Chief Operating Officer and part of the company's management.
Henriette Schütze is currently June 1, CFO in Gyldendal, but has also held a similar position in the design company Gubi, while she has also worked for companies such as Georg Jensen and DFDS.
Torsten Steenholt is senior vice president of Global Manufacturing in Novonesis, and also brings experience from international management roles from positions in Chr. Hansen and Carlsberg.
Carsten Toft Boesen, CEO of the NIRAS Group, expresses pride that it has succeeded in attracting the three new board members and looks forward to the collaboration.

In addition to the three new members, the board consists of Lisbeth Knudsen (chairman of the board), Lars Therkildsen and Jens Harsaae, who has been appointed vice chairman.
