Just four months after Mads Nipper was fired as CEO, the former Lego and Grundfos CEO is now founding his own company Saran ApS for the first time. This is reported by Finans.
The company is registered in the CVR under the industry code "business consulting and other consulting activities". Mads Nipper explains to Finans that the establishment of the new company will not change much in his everyday life, but that Mads Nipper will use the company for "the things I work on within lectures and consulting. So I have a place to invoice things."
Last month, Mads Nipper was elected as the new chairman of the board of FLSmidth. He managed to lead Ørsted for four years and has a total of 35 years of management experience across Lego, Grundfos and Ørsted.
