ADP will allow a minority investor into the subsidiary ADP Energy Infrastructure, which was established in 2023, to raise capital for green projects. This is reported by Insidebusiness.

ADP, which operates the commercial ports of Fredericia and Nyborg, has, according to the media, hired the investment bank Carnegie to raise over a billion kroner via an external investor. The funds will be used to establish and operate activities within, among other things, PtX and transport of CO2. According to Insidebusiness, potential investors submitted non-binding bids in December, and there has been interest in investing in the municipally owned port company.

ADP already operates Taulov Dry Port together with the pension company PFA and recently took over 51 percent of Hanstholm Port from Thisted Municipality. The port has previously had financial problems in connection with an expansion.
