HØJE-TAASTRUP: HTK Forsyning A/S, which is owned by Høje-Taastrup Municipality, has hired John Buur Christiansen as its new CEO. He brings over 18 years of experience as a top manager in municipal utility companies and will be in charge of the company's overall supply tasks within water, wastewater and waste, the company announced.
The company is currently facing a number of important tasks, including the corporatization of the waste area, which the city council has decided will be transferred to HTK Forsyning from the beginning of 2026.
John Buur Christiansen joined Lyngby-Taarbæk Forsyning on April 1 this year as CEO, but resigned again after three months "by mutual agreement", the company announced in July. Before that, he was CEO of the wastewater company Biofos for over ten years. He will join on November 1.
