According to experts, uncertainty about the price of green electricity and connection to the electricity grid is holding up the electrification of industry. This is reported by Finans. This is largely due to uncertainty about what the transition to green electricity and connection to the electricity grid will cost industrial companies.

- Right now it seems that the security picture and the risk are better left alone, says Marie Münster, professor of energy systems at DTU and member of the Climate Council.

According to Frede Blaabjerg, professor at the Department of Energy Engineering at Aalborg University, it is uncertainty about the price that is the biggest obstacle: "Technologically, we can do what we need to. It is the price that is the biggest problem. It is what is holding companies back," he says.
